Kent County Council Road Repair Team

My Grandfather Ernie Morgan standing in front of the drivers door of the Kent County Council lorry which I am sure is outside the Railway Hotel on the Nettlestead/Wateringbury border. They were probably resurfacing the roads through Wateringbury. It looks as though they have just thrown some chippings down and are about to roll them in with the road roller.
Not sure of the date but most likely mid to late 1940's
